Does ShuleHQ collect fees for us?
No. ShuleHQ never touches your school's money. You collect fees however you already do — cash desk, M-Pesa paybill, bank. We record it, verify it, and give parents a digital trail.
How do digital receipts work?
Every payment generates a PDF or 80mm thermal receipt with a unique QR code. Parents can scan the QR code at any time to verify their payment is authentic — no phone calls needed.
What do SMS credits cover?
SMS credits are used for fee balance reminders, CBC report card alerts, and school announcements. You can top up more credits at any time from your dashboard.
Is my school's data safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access control so staff only see what they need, and every action is logged in a tamper-proof audit trail.
